For venues with tight or unusual time windows. If your venue requires early morning load-in or late-night load-out, this covers the extra staffing needed outside standard service hours.

  • Billed: Per hour (as needed)
  • Common scenarios: Midnight teardown windows, early AM access, strict dock schedules
  • Goal: Keep your timeline compliant and stress-free
  • Hours: Before 8 AM or After 8 PM

We keep it fair: We only apply this when venue rules require it, and we’ll communicate clearly before the event.
