We treat dance floors as an installed service: measured for the space, set level, and checked for tight seams so you get a clean look and confident footing.

The goal is simple: calm delivery, clean setup, and a room that feels “done.”
Our linens are Dry Cleaned, Pressed, Folded & Picture-Perfect for your big day!
If you want a “designer” look with minimal effort, pair linens with runners + napkins in a consistent palette.
Current delivery pricing (roundtrip pricing logic):
- Tables / chairs (and mixed orders without dance floor): $149 base for 0-20 miles one-way, then +$2 per mile one-way beyond 20 (equivalent to +$4 roundtrip mile band).
- Linens-only orders: $99 base for 0-20 miles one-way, then +$1.50 per mile one-way beyond 20 (equivalent to +$3 roundtrip mile band).
- Any dance floor in cart: dance floor tier applies to the order: $199 base for 0-30 miles one-way, then +$2 per mile one-way beyond 30 (equivalent to +$4 roundtrip mile band).
- Over 180 miles one-way: custom quote required.

Why? Tables, chairs, and dance floors run on a separate logistics operation with different trucks, crews, loading requirements, and scheduling windows.
- Approved delivery and pickup access windows
- Loading dock location or designated unload area
- Stairs, ramps, elevators, or level changes required for load-in
- Distance from unload point to the setup space
- Any restrictions before 8 AM or after 8 PM
We rely on the information you provide. If venue logistics differ from what was submitted, labor adjustments may apply. Labor-based services are billed in one-hour increments and rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Table setup / teardown: billed per table
- Chair setup / teardown: billed per chair
A popular balance: choose setup (for a polished start) and skip teardown if you have reliable late-night help.
Billed per linen. Great for head tables, guest tables, and buffets.
Linens-only orders: delivery/pickup may be available based on mileage and order minimum, and your cart will show the option when applicable.
This helps protect inventory, reduce transport damage, and keep event-day logistics consistent.
- Increases: allowed until 14 days before your event (inventory permitting).
- Decreases: allowed until 30 days before your event.
- Minimum committed amount: your order cannot be reduced below 70% of the originally reserved items subtotal.
- No refunds from decreases: reducing quantities may lower your remaining balance due, but it does not create a refund.
- You adjust table, chair, or linen quantities
- You add or remove setup/teardown services (per-table or per-chair)
- Venue access requires additional labor (after-hours, stairs/level changes, or long carry)
- You placed an abnormally large order and need more than one delivery truck (this is rare).
If venue logistics differ from what was provided during checkout, additional labor may be required. We communicate clearly before event week so there are no last-minute surprises.
