POLICIES (NO SURPRISES)

Accidents happen. If an item is returned damaged beyond normal wear or is missing, we charge the replacement cost for that item. We keep it fair, clear, and “no gotchas.”

We expect normal use. Please return items free of excessive food, wax, confetti, or debris. If items come back with heavy mess requiring extra labor, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

This helps keep base pricing lower for couples who treat rentals responsibly.

Delivery and pickup timing depends on venue access, loading rules, and your event timeline. To keep pricing transparent and execution flawless, you’ll confirm venue logistics and enter them during checkout.

Please verify:
  • Approved delivery and pickup access windows
  • Where we can unload (dock/parking/closest entrance)
  • Any stairs, ramps, elevators, or level changes
  • Carry distance from unload point to the setup space
  • Any restrictions before 8 AM or after 8 PM
If your venue requires after-hours access, stairs/level changes, or a long carry, those details may require additional labor so we can staff correctly and keep your timeline on track.

We rely on the information you provide. If venue logistics differ from what was submitted, labor adjustments may apply. Labor-based services are billed in one-hour increments and rounded up to the nearest hour.

We allow reasonable RSVP adjustments while protecting inventory availability for other couples.

  • Increases: allowed until 14 days before your event (inventory permitting).
  • Decreases: allowed until 30 days before your event.
  • Minimum committed amount: your order cannot be reduced below 70% of the originally reserved items subtotal.
  • No refunds from decreases: reducing quantities may lower your remaining balance due, but it does not create a refund.
This keeps availability fair and ensures we can staff and route deliveries correctly.

Weddings demand stability. Lightweight tables can feel wobbly when guests lean in, when centerpieces are tall, or when plates and drinks add weight. TitanPRO is commercial-grade, built for repeated events, and keeps the room feeling polished and consistent.

We offer classic wedding-ready table linens curated for clean drape, cohesive color, and a polished finish. The cart shows sizes and pricing clearly, and you can build your look table-by-table.

Our linens are Dry Cleaned, Pressed, Folded & Picture-Perfect for your big day!

If you want a “designer” look with minimal effort, pair linens with runners + napkins in a consistent palette.
Planning & Quantities

Tables of 8 (60" rounds) are the most common because they balance conversation and room layout flexibility. Tables of 10 (72" rounds) can reduce table count, but they take more floor space. If you’re unsure, choose tables of 8 in the recommender and adjust later once your layout is confirmed.

Not always. Many couples reuse reception chairs for the ceremony, especially when the ceremony and reception are nearby. Some venues provide ceremony chairs, and some couples rent a matching set so everything feels cohesive.
Delivery & Services

Delivery and pickup are priced based on one-way miles from Walton, KY. The cart calculates this after you enter/select your venue address. Dance floors, tables, and chairs require delivery. Linens-only delivery is optional.

Current delivery pricing (roundtrip pricing logic):
  • Tables / chairs (and mixed orders without dance floor): $149 base for 0-20 miles one-way, then +$2 per mile one-way beyond 20 (equivalent to +$4 roundtrip mile band).
  • Linens-only orders: $99 base for 0-20 miles one-way, then +$1.50 per mile one-way beyond 20 (equivalent to +$3 roundtrip mile band).
  • Any dance floor in cart: dance floor tier applies to the order: $199 base for 0-30 miles one-way, then +$2 per mile one-way beyond 30 (equivalent to +$4 roundtrip mile band).
  • Over 180 miles one-way: custom quote required.

Yes. Tablecloth Placement is a high-impact upgrade—your space starts photo-ready and cohesive. We place tablecloths during setup, and you remove linens after the event.
