Item Details

For venues with long walks from parking to setup. If the setup area is far from where we can park/load, this covers the extra time for repeated trips.

  • Used when: Long hallways, distant parking, limited loading zones
  • Why it matters: More distance = more time per trip
  • Goal: Staff correctly so your setup stays on schedule

Tip: Reserved loading spots near an entrance can often reduce this.
