Standard includes up to $5,000 in selected package décor value from our $40,000+ collection, online planning, a showroom walkthrough, a one-hour design/mock meeting, and prepared items for pickup and return. Package eligibility and quantity guidelines apply. Add-ons, tax, and card processing are separate.

No. Some items are separately priced add-ons or have package-specific eligibility. Check the item details and your package total while planning. We can help confirm the right options for your design.

Package décor above $5,000 adds $100 per additional $1,000, rounded up. For example, $5,100 in included-item value adds $100 to the base package price. Separately priced add-ons are charged in addition.

The displayed package amounts are base prices. Premium and Ultimate include delivery and pickup within their stated mileage allowance; extra mileage is $3 per mile. Ultimate includes decorating 20 guest tables, with additional tables at $10 each. A 6% Kentucky sales tax and 3.5% card processing fee also apply. Review your calculated total before payment.

Booking & Planning

Yes. Browse the inventory online, add favorites to My Decor, and email yourself a build link before deciding. You can also request an in-person or virtual appointment for help.

A saved list, email, or appointment request does not reserve your date or items. A-La-Carte and Standard are reserved after the rental agreement and required payment are completed, subject to availability. For Premium and Ultimate, we confirm service availability and logistics before booking.

Once you have a wedding date and venue, reach out to check availability. Booking earlier gives you more time to plan your selections. Availability depends on your date and the service level you need.

Yes. You can refine your selections in your planning account until your package finalization deadline. Changes are subject to item availability, package guidelines, and any additional charges.

Our usual finalization target is three months before the wedding. If you are booking closer to your wedding, contact us to confirm the finalization schedule before reserving. Your confirmed deadline guides your planning.

A-La-Carte customers receive confirmation and follow-up details for their rental. For Standard, we guide you through account setup so you can manage your package and important dates. Premium and Ultimate planning follows the service details confirmed with our team.

Pickup, Delivery & Care

Pick up on the Thursday before your wedding and return on the Sunday or Monday after. Your booking details confirm your pickup and return arrangements.

Premium adds delivery and pickup to Standard. Ultimate adds setup and teardown of our décor, including the areas and table quantities listed in the package. We confirm timing, venue access, and logistics before booking these services.

Damage, loss, and replacement charges are handled under your rental agreement. Review those terms before signing, and ask us about any item you are unsure how to transport, use, or return.

Design Help & Visits

Yes. Mix rustic, classic, boho, and other pieces to suit your wedding. You can also rent individual items to complement your own décor or items your venue provides.

Yes. We help couples think through style, quantities, and layout, and we coordinate décor plans and logistics with wedding planners. The level of setup and teardown service depends on your package.
