We hear this often. Our pricing works because we operate at scale and maintain a large, well-organized inventory. Transparency is important to us, and we’re happy to walk you through exactly how everything works.

Our Standard package includes access to a large curated inventory valued at over $40,000, allowing couples to build a comprehensive décor package without purchasing items individually. Specific quantities are subject to availability and package guidelines, which we review together during planning.

Definitely. Many couples use us to fill in the gaps or elevate what their venue provides. Most venues offer limited décor options, while we offer a large selection across arches, centerpieces, signage, greenery, and specialty pieces. We also offer a la carte rentals, and couples often still save significantly—even if they already own some items.

Absolutely. Some couples arrive with a clear vision, while others want guidance. We can help you think through style, quantities, and layout based on your venue and the look you’re going for.

Yes. We regularly collaborate with wedding planners and coordinators. If you have a planner, we’re happy to coordinate on timelines, logistics, and décor layout so everything runs smoothly.
Booking & Availability

It’s never too early to reach out. Many couples book as soon as they have a date and venue, especially for peak wedding seasons. Booking early gives you the most time to plan and adjust your selections in the portal.

We maintain enough inventory to support multiple weddings on the same weekend, and we intentionally limit bookings to ensure availability. Once your date is reserved, you won’t be competing with other couples for items.
Logistics

Yes, yes, and yes! We offer our "Premium" package where we will drop off the inventory right to your venue and then pick up after your wedding so you don't have to worry about storage hassles. We also offer our "Ultimate" package where we will deliver, setup, teardown/cleanup, and haul the décor away at the end so you (or your family) can enjoy your night without having to worry about the not so fun stuff!

For our Standard package: pickup is on the Thursday before your wedding and the items are not due back to us until the Sunday or Monday after, so you have plenty of time!

We understand that accidents can happen. We’ll walk you through our damage and replacement policy up front so there are no surprises. Our goal is to be fair and keep the process simple.
Planning Details

Yes. Most couples adjust their selections as their plans come together. You can add or remove items in your portal up until your package finalization deadline.

Once you sign up, you will be granted access to our user portal where you can view all of our inventory and build your wedding package from the comfort of your own home. The sooner you sign up, the longer you have to build your package! We typically try and have couples "finalize" their package 3 months before their wedding. For those of you who sign up a little closer to your wedding date, you will have until 30 days prior to your wedding date to finalize.

Our main office is in Walton, Kentucky, and couples regularly travel to us from across the region. Even with a short drive, renting décor instead of purchasing typically results in significant savings.

We LOVE creative freedom! Feel free to build your wedding however you wish. Stick with Rustic, Classic/Contemporary, Boho, or a combination of all of them. This is your day after all, and it should be exactly how you dreamed it to be.

This is a cost friendly program where brides and grooms can have a beautiful wedding without feeling like they have to compromise or go without.
